AMANDA DURETT CERCONE

Amanda Durett Cercone is an Emmy Award-winning editor based in New York City. With over 20 years of editing for television, film, sports programming, and corporate clients, her work has been featured on Food Network, HGTV, TLC, Bravo, NFL Films, FOX, Animal Planet, and YES Network.

The fast paced world of editing is where she shines and she is able to handle the demands and challenges that come along with it, while still keeping the atmosphere fun. She works well alongside a producer and loves the collaboration process, but when left alone to work independently, her creativity emerges and she is able to produce solid work. As a master of the Frankenbite and an expert at scoring, she is able to "milk" any situation, despite being lactose intolerant. Her timing is impeccable and she will make you laugh and cry, sometimes in the same moment. Her edits can be over the top or subtle, depending on the moment that needs to be crafted. 

In 2017, she had a privilege of curating an art exhibit at apexart on editing called The Wonderful Wizards of Post.
